Terms and Conditions
1. Who we are
Daily Sales Jobs is the brand for our remote sales job board, community and coaching products at dailysalesjob.com. It is not a separate company: the legal entity behind it is GROWTINC LLC ("GROWTINC", "we", "us"), a limited liability company formed on 19 August 2026 with its registered address at 1500 N Grant St, STE R, Denver, CO 80203, USA. 2. What we offer
We run a remote sales job board and community. Depending on what you buy, you may get access to:
- job offers listed on our job board and in our community;
- AI tools, such as a job finder, resume, application and interview tools;
- training, frameworks and live coaching;
- 1-on-1 calls with our founder, with action plans and a recording;
- other digital products we release from time to time.
What is included in each purchase is described on the page where you buy it.
3. We are not a placement or employment service
We are not a recruiter, staffing agency or employer. We do not place you in a job and we do not promise you a job, an interview, a salary or a commission. Employers and business owners make their own hiring decisions. Results depend on your effort, experience and execution.
4. Job listings
Job offers come from business owners who list with us, from our team's research, and from other sources. We work to keep listings useful and up to date, but we do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, still open, or right for you. Always do your own research before you apply, share personal details, or agree to work with anyone. A legitimate role should never ask you to pay a fee to be hired. Any agreement you make with an employer is between you and them.
5. Income examples
Stories, screenshots and numbers we share about members' results are individual examples. They are not typical and are not a promise or guarantee that you will get the same results.
6. Accounts and access
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
- Give us accurate information and keep your login details private.
- Your access is for you only. Do not share your account, or copy, resell or distribute our job listings, tools, training or recordings.
7. Payments
Prices are shown at checkout. Every purchase is a one-time fee: there is no subscription, nothing renews automatically, and we do not charge you again unless you buy something new. Payments are handled by Stripe, Skool (our community platform) and Coachli (our coaching page), and each provider's own terms apply to the payment itself. Members can cancel at any time by emailing support@dailysalesjobs.com or in their Skool account settings; cancelling ends your access but does not refund the fee you already paid. See our Refund Policy. All sales are final and no refunds are given, except as stated in the Refund Policy.
8. 1-on-1 calls
A 1-on-1 call is a coaching and strategy session. Rescheduling and missed calls are covered in the Refund Policy. We may record the call so that we can send you the recording, and by joining you agree to this. The recording and any action plans are for your own use. Please do not share or publish them without our written permission. Our advice is general guidance based on what you tell us and is not legal, tax, financial or career-placement advice.
9. Community rules
Be respectful. Do not spam, harass, scam or mislead other members, post illegal content, or promote anything without our permission. We may remove content and suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund.
10. Intellectual property
All content, tools, branding and materials on Daily Sales Jobs belong to GROWTINC LLC or the people who gave us permission to use them. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own job search and professional development. You may not copy, scrape, resell or build a competing product from them.
11. Third-party services
Our community runs on Skool, our coaching page and checkout run on Coachli, and card payments are processed by Stripe. Their terms and privacy policies also apply to your use of those platforms. We are not responsible for their services.
12. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for your needs, and we do not make any promises about hiring results.
13. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, GROWTINC LLC and its owners, team and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost income, lost opportunities or loss of data, arising from your use of our services or from any job or employer you find through us. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
14. Ending access
You can stop using our services and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse our services. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limit of liability) continue after access ends.
15. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept the new terms. Changes do not apply to purchases you made before the change, except where the law requires it.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Denver, Colorado, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.
